In using Referredlocal.com's as well as other websites owned by Referred Local inc. you acknowlede that Referred Local is not your general contractor, agent, or advisor.  It is your responsibility to select a contractor and negotiate the terms of your agreement.  You may want to consult with other professionals including attorneys and insurance agents regarding your project.  Referred Local does not recommend or endorse any service providor, or advise on which one to select.

We may not be able to match your project needs with a contractor in your area, or there may not be contractors in your area that capable or willing to meet your project needs.  Although we take certian steps to examine contractors credentials, we make no guarantees or representations regarding the their application or installation skills.  If you have any disputes with your contractor you must address the contractor directly and hereby release Referred Local inc. and any employees and/or agents from any damages or claims of every kind of nature in any way connected with such disputes dealing with the contractor.

Referred Local inc. relies on third party data and statements made by contractors and their references to determine which professionals to include in our system.  Referred Local inc. doesn not guarantee the contractor has the proper licensing or insurance coverage at the time you entered into agreement with the contractor and makes no representation as to the adequacy of any licensing or insurance coverage.  Existance of insurance and licensing does not mean it is in effect, as the contractor may cancel without the knowledge of Referred Local inc..  Referred Local does not endorse any product or service described or offered on Referredlocal.com or any other websites owned by Reffered Local. inc.

Changes to Service Terms:
We may change, add, or remove certian features or our service or change the terms of this agreement from time to time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
You understand that Referred Local inc. has no control of third party services.  Referred Local inc. and its suppliers make no warranty, expressed or implied, that the third party services will meet your requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.  Any material, data, or other information obtained through our service or third party services must be used at your own risk. Referred Local does not guarantee the quality of fitness of any work performed by any contractor.

Limitations and Liability Release:
Referred Local inc. and any of its suppliers will not be liable for damages or any nature related to the use of our service or contractors services.  Referred Local inc. is not and cannot be involved in your dealings with contractors, therefor you release Referred Local inc. of any demands, damages, diputes or every kind of nature.

Miscellaneous:
You agree that Referred Local inc., it's member contractors, and affiliated partners may use your contact information to contact you regarding your project, and provide you with related information.  If you have opted out of our email list previously, submitted this form will opt you back in.
Referred Local inc., the contractors, and any Referred Local inc. partners are separate entities, and share no relationship.
